I watch where I eat and what I eat. Also when I am out for a cup of coffee and a bagel or a quick lunch, if the place is full of nervous energy, too noisy, or negative energy it immediately goes to my stomach. If I try to eat in an environment like that I get sick, so I try to avoid these places. I just leave.<\/p>\n<p>Also, when eating, and what chairs I sit on while eating. For example, if I sit on a bar stool at a kitchen counter and I am leaning over to eat, it bothers my stomach immediately.
