Adventure DANUBE (7): “Off to Wallachia” one might exclaim. Because Romania’s capital BUCHAREST is right in the middle of it. Called “Paris of the East” because of the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees; Plenty of summer, street cafes full of enchanted squares, alleys and inner courtyards. Contrast: block-like, formerly communist architecture, partly in the confectioner’s style 🤠🐺⛴
