The Empowerment

“Let go of the people who are not ready to love you.
This is the hardest thing you will have to do in your life and it will be the most important.
Stop having difficult conversations with people who don’t want to change.
Stop showing up for people
who have no interest in your presence.

I know your instinct is to do everything possible to gain the esteem of those around you, but it’s an impulse that robs your time, your energy, and your mental and physical health.
When you start fighting for a life of joy, interest, and commitment, not everyone will be willing to follow you to that place.
That doesn’t mean you have to change who you are, it means you have to let go of the people who aren’t willing to follow you.
If you are excluded, insulted, forgotten, or ignored by the people you give your time to, you are not doing yourself any favors by continuing to offer them your energy and your life.

The truth is that you are not for everyone and not everyone is for you. That’s what makes meeting people so special, with whom you have friendship or love.

You will know how precious it is because you’ve experienced what it’s not.
The more time you spend loving someone who is not capable of loving you back, the more time you waste on the possibility of connecting with someone else who can and will love you back.

There are billions of people on this planet, and many of them will meet you, and be at your level, interest, and commitment.
The longer you continue to engage with people using you as a cushion, a background option, or a therapist for their emotional healing,
the further you move away from the community you want.

If you stop showing up, they may not seek you out.
If you stop trying, the relationship is over.
Maybe if you stop messaging, your phone goes dark for weeks.
That doesn’t mean you ruined the relationship, it means the only thing that kept it was the energy that only you gave to keep it going.
That’s not love, it’s attachment.

It means wanting to give those who don’t deserve it, a chance!
You deserve a lot.
There are people who should not be in your life, you will realize.
The most valuable thing you have in your life is your time and energy, as both are limited.
What you invest your time and energy in will define your existence.

When you realize this, you will begin to understand why you are so upset when you spend time with people, in activities, places, or situations that don’t suit you and shouldn’t be around you, they rob you of energy.
You will begin to realize that the most important thing you can do for yourself and for everyone around you is to protect your energy more than anything else.
Make your life a safe haven where only ′compatible′′ people are allowed.

You are not responsible for saving anyone.
You are not responsible for convincing them to be better.
It is not your job to exist for people and give them your life!
Because if you feel bad, if you feel obligated, you will be the root of all your problems because you are afraid that they will not return the favors you have granted.
It is your only duty to realize that you are the master of your destiny and accept the love you think you deserve.
Decide that you deserve real friendship, real commitment, and full love with healthy and prosperous people.

Then wait and see how much everything changes and will change, that’s for sure, with positive people with good energy, don’t waste time with people who are not worth it, the change will give you the love, treasures, happiness and protection you deserve. ”
